Declaración Irrevocable de Voluntad, 2021
This empirical research evaluates and emphasizes the boundaries and behavior around fragility while testing the degree of agreement between the observer and the observed.
A suspended contract and a chain cross the door's threshold blocking the entrance.
This contract is a declaration in which an individual acknowledges and irrevocably accepts the absence of permission to enter the specified space. By signing the document, the person declares they are entering freely and without coercion, understanding the lack of consent to access the private area. They recognize that their presence could immediately harm the performer's stability, potentially causing trauma.

This performance emphasizes the idea that just because someone is present and can't explicitly ask you to stop doesn't mean you have the right to continue without consent.
The long line of people waiting to enter the space, weaving through ceramics and paintings, remains the central focus of the piece.
If the observer still wishes to enter after reading this, they must call the person in charge across the room to obtain a pen and provide their personal information, ID, and signature.
Once the contract is signed, one by one, they are let inside. A dull red light and an endless ceiling illuminate the room. The viewer finds the artist seated with a mirror behind her, projecting both individuals.
Sujetka receives the signed contract and proceeds to heat a steel rod in the shape of a heart with a blowtorch before branding herself on her legs. The participant does nothing but watch, anticipating the artist's gasp of agony as she burns herself with the love symbol.
